The session shares tips and examples for developing an onboarding process and a daily workflow for student workers.

Supportive Accountability: Managing Performance Conversations with Student Workers

This workshop will discuss ways to facilitate difficult conversations with student workers, particularly focusing on those about performance and behavior in the work environment.

Delegating for Development: Building Student Skills Through Task Assignment

The workshop will provide supervisors with tips to delegate tasks to their student workers effectively with the intention of developing career readiness.
