De-escalation Training: Handling Confrontations
This training course equips Mississippi State University students, faculty, and staff with practical tools to safely and effectively manage confrontational situations through de-escalation techniques. Whether interacting with a distressed individual, managing a disruptive situation, or responding to verbal aggression, participants will learn how to reduce tension, maintain control, and promote a safer campus environment.
